Mr. Uslenghi holds a Law degree from the University of Buenos Aires and a master's degree in Administrative Law.
Between 2012 and 2014, he was Executive Director to FONPLATA, representing the Argentine Republic.
In the same period, he was with the Ministry of Economy and Public Finance, as Project Director for the Inter-American Development Bank. In representation of Argentina, he attended annual meetings of the IMF, WB, and IDB.
Additionally, he worked at the National Chamber of Appeals of the Federal Administrative Litigation.
Between 2015 and 2019 he was a director at the National Foreign Trade Commission.
Mr. Uslenghi is a renowned lecturer at different universities in Argentina.
