Eliana Dam

Eliana Dam has been Vice President of Operations and Countries since July 2024. She has over 18 years of professional experience in portfolio analysis and operational support at all stages of the Project Cycle in several multilateral organizations. She has worked in the operations area of the World Bank (WB) and the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), and in the design and execution of development projects financed by various multilateral organizations, including the European Union, the World Bank, the IDB, the Development Bank of Latin America, the Central American Bank for Economic Integration, and the Inter-American Institute for Cooperation on Agriculture. Her experience also includes operational support to project implementing units in Argentina, especially in the public sector at national and subnational levels.
Ms. Dam has a bachelor's degree in international relations from the Universidad del Salvador in Buenos Aires, Argentina, a master's degree in internationalization of local development from the University of Bologna, Italy, and is currently pursuing doctoral studies in International Studies at the Universidad Torcuato di Tella in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
